Step into a world of thrill and excitement! Join Andrew Lloyd Webber’s famous musical STARLIGHT EXPRESS in Bochum and experience speed, music, a unique set, action, song, dance and emotion like never before.
Audition for the chance of a lifetime!
Calling all strong, technically trained dancers with outstanding, mesmerizing and unique pop voices with excellent technique.
Join the OPEN AUDITION with director and choreographer Dame Arlene Phillips. No roller skating experience required.
Rehearsals begin February 2024. Season starts June 2024.
Registration
This will only be between 9:30am and 11:30am.
Please bring with you:
A cv with photo – please staple your photo to the cv if it is not integrated. A photocopy of your passport A pen
We will give you a time to come back to dance or sing on the day – you may dance or sing first, as we will be running more than one room
Dance Call
You need to wear dance clothes and trainers and you MUST BRING KNEE PADS.
Singing Call
Please bring two pop or rock songs, with the sheet music (NO backing tracks or a capella) – you need to have a 16 bar cut of both songs. You may be kept to sing some material from the show which will be taught on the day.
You need to be available all day for the audition.
You must be over 18 to audition.
We cannot accept self tapes or videos if you cannot attend on this day.
